Nancy Drew 61: The Swami's Ring ReviewI'm a huge Nancy Drew fan, so it pains me to say that this book is completely sub-par. The book suffers from two main problems - there are so many mini-mysteries going on that it feels silly, even when everything is wrapped up, and the characters, for lack of a better word, are whiny. Ned whines, Mr. Drew whines, even Nancy whines a bit. Lesser issues come from clues you see coming a mile away and troubling things that aren't really explained, like about the Ramaswami.
In short, if you're looking for a Nancy Drew book, don't get this one. If you're a hardcore fan and must read it anyway, get it from the library. DO NOT BUY IT. You will only be disappointed.Nancy Drew 61: The Swami's Ring Overview
