The Borrowed Ring: Family Found (Silhouette Special Edition No. 1717) ReviewThe book description sounded a little different for Wilkins, but it was misleading. This is NOT an action-oriented plot, but her usual character study of fairly morose and intense people - but quiet, in said intensity. It did have a slightly higher sexual content than is usual for her; still only PG, but she generally tends toward the fade-to-black levels.
I enjoyed the interaction between the two leads, but specifically because of the plot, I spent a lot of time waiting for something to happen that never did. So, the book seemed flat to me. I would have enjoyed the same characters in a different setting a lot more.
