COLD SUMMER NIGHTS ReviewThis is the second book I have read by this author and I just have to say he is a great writer. He makes me laugh, he keeps me held in suspense, he throws in little quirks (like his mention of one of his other books Cold Faith and Zombies, yep I caught it!) and he keeps my attention held from beginning to end. I just love his writing style, it is so down to earth and every day, like what he is writing about is just another normal everyday occurrence. Cold Summer Nights was no different. It is a short read but jam-packed full of errie goodness from the first page to the end. I loved the characters in this story and what I loved even more was the creep factor: shadows in the dark, a mysterious girlfriend that just pops up out of nowhere that no one really seems to know anything about, Nick (the main character)seeing his grandma in his room, considering the fact she had been in a vegetative state for a couple years and hadn't spoken a word. I don't want to give away anymore and ruin it for readers.Basically, you have got to read this book and jump on board the Sean Thomas Fisher bandwagon. Then go to his blog and become a GFC member fishblogwash(dot)blogspot(dot)com for more information on his books and anything else on his mind. Sean's blog is one of my fav's, visit it and I'm sure it will be one of your's too. I can't wait to read what Sean brings forth in the future!!
